McDonald’s Quality Management
A quality-check and complaint-management experience that helps operations teams classify issues, review evidence, escalate risk and make faster decisions.

The challenge
Quality teams need to move from incoming complaint to evidence-backed decision without losing context across categories, vendors, markets and escalation levels.
My approach
I structured the experience around progressive triage: classify the complaint, validate evidence, surface risk, route ownership and preserve an auditable decision trail.
What I designed
- Quality command centre with priority and status signals
- Guided complaint classification and rejection reasons
- Evidence upload, review and audit history
- QA escalation and recall-monitoring workflows
- Responsive states for desktop and field review

Outcome
The proposed experience turns a fragmented quality workflow into one operational system, helping teams see what needs attention and why.
